Suggestion:
Noodle Nests
12 oz bag chow
mein noodles
3 tbsp margarine
3 tasp creamy peanut butter
3 c. mini marshmallows
peanut M&Ms (eggs for nest)
muffin tins with paper liners
1. Melt margarine
over low heat and gradually stir in peanut butter, then slow add marshmallows
and stir until melted and smooth.
2. Remove mixture from low heat and add noodles and stir until noodles
are coated.
3. Spoon mixture into paperlined muffin tins.
4. Use back of spoon or fingertips to shape nest.
5. When nests are cool, place 2 eggs (or more if you wish) in each.
